    I didn't get my code to download the game Gears of War Ultimate Edition yet.

    I know for a fact that my friend use it and bought an xbox for him, using the code 110€ provided by Misses Quinzel in this topic:

    Honestly, I don't have any patience left:

    I tried the chat support, and they send me here!

    I know that it's not your fault, and some of you really try to do a good job, but I had a lot of problems with Microsoft, and nearly everytimes I can't get a proper answer from forum/chat/phone support:

    -When my console stopped working

    -When I had issues with my accessories (gamepad or mics)

    -When I tried to buy a hard drive on the microsoft store

    -When I didn't get the game Forza Horizon 2 AND Gears of War UE, even if I met all the conditions for the offers.

    Seriously, I love Xbox, but I am thinking that the opposite is not true.

    The last time, I didn't say anything because, I already have purchased Forza, but this time I really want the game Microsoft promised me (Gears of War Ultimate Edition)!
