No code received for rainbow 6 Vegas 1 or 2 after purchasing Siege

I purchased Rainbow 6 Siege in the xbox store did not receive codes for the 2 games that were supposed to be included neither Ubisoft nor Microsoft seem to be able to supply codes. Last time I purchace online since the free game codes are in the box if
you buy them.

Date of purchase: 13th of January

Issue: I have not received my Rainbow 6 Vegas 1 and 2 codes after 10 calendar days.

Haven't received Rainbox 6 Vegas 2 with purchase of Rainbow 6 Siege

I purchaed the Rainbow 6 Siege Digital Plus Edition on January 8, 2016 with order number 567453557202840133. WIth this purchase, I am supposed to get DLC copies of Rainbow 6 Vegas and Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 for Xbox 360 to play on the Xbox One. I received Rainbow
6 Vegas immediately after purchasing Rainbow 6 Siege. In fact, it showed up immediately under my Ready to Install section. This is now day 11 and I have not received a code in either email or Xbox Messages to install Rainbow 6 Vegas 2. Browsing for Vegas 2
in the Store shows results but all say "Bundle Only" What gives? Where is the DLC game that is owed me?

These codes tend to be sent in waves; the wave that you are in just hasn't come up yet. Please be patient and your codes will arrive.

I bought Rainbow Six Siege and never received a code for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 or 2.

I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

I purchase rainbow six siege on my Xbox one on December 28 and I still have not received my code for rainbow six Vegas 1 and 2 and it's been almost 2 weeks. How do I fix this?

Hello,

I digitally preordered Rainbow Six Siege and today I received codes to redeem Vegas 1 and Vegas 2 for 360. I redeemed the first code fine but the code for Vegas 2 was the same key as Vegas 1 again.

I contacted support who directed me here to be able to get a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2 for 360.
