    So yesterday, I went to a Five-Star gas station and got a $15 gift card for Xbox, I left and pointed out to myself that it needed a receipt code for activation, so I went back in the store for the receipt and it still didn't have a code

    There is the number to call either on the card or the receipt that they gave you. Those people can help you. Gift cards are not sold by Microsoft, but codes are bought from Microsoft and put on the cards by a third-party company, so they are the ones to support you
