    No code for Stick of Truth after pre-order of The Fractured but Whole


    Hi,

    I pre-ordered The Fractured But Whole at the beginning of September (05/09/2016)and did not receive a code for the free download of The Stick of Truth. I reached out to Ubisoft support on06/09/2016 for advice and they sent the below email.

    "Hello Karl

    Thank you for your reply and all the information.

    I'm Marta from Ubisoft Customer Support and I will assist you further. I'm sorry that you didn't receive a message on your Xbox regarding the purchase of South Park: The Stick of Truth. Usually this takes one week and appears as a message with the game Serial
    Key.

    If that message is missing please create a post on the Xbox Forums speccialy for this matter:

    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    Now I read the FAQ and noted that it can take up to six weeks to be provided with a code so I waited to create this post. Due to personal reasons, I did not follow up on the six-week mark, however, this issue is still ongoing (I have not yet received a
    code).

    Please, can you a)resend a code to my Xbox messenger, b)advise if I need to follow a different avenue, or c)if a code cannot be provided advise how to cancel my pre-order as this was the sole reason for my pre-order.

    Missing pre-order reward codes

    Hi, I never recieved the pre-order reward codes for:

    "South Park, Stick of Truth" from my pre-order of "South Park, Fractured But Whole"

    and

    My pre-order reward code for "Dishonored" from pre-ordering "Dishonored 2"

    Check up store's South Park pre order promotion

    My Copy of Stick of Truth (XB1) came through a few days after the pre-order, however this was before the date change of Fractured but Whole (now in March I believe)

    Per the game's description "Pre-order now to get Towelie: Your Gaming Bud. For a limited time, get a digital copy of South Park™: The Stick of Truth™ on Xbox One free with purchase at the launch of South Park™: The Fractured But Whole™.South
    Park™:" So you won't receive the game until the new game launches. You should be able to download the game for free at that time.

    I thought this was the case and even quoted the visible text after my pre-order.
    (This was before the delay announcement)

    ""You will receive a free South Park: The Stick of Truth game for your respective platform immediately if you have pre-purchased South Park: The Fractured But Whole digitally from either PlayStation Store, Steam or other eligible PC digital stores*.... -
    (Doesn't mention Xbox Store)

    ....If you decide to buy South Park: The Fractured But Whole digitally after the release (December 6th) from either PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace, Steam or other eligible PC digital stores*, you will receive South Park The Stick of Truth immediately as
    download unlock for your platform."

    However, my other unposted emails from Ubisoft support seem to imply I should already have the code. Just thought I'd follow up, would have been nice to wet my appetite beforehand.

    Thanks for the advice, will consider my pre-order now.

    So this is a bit confusing but I think you will only be able to get the stick of truth game when Fractured But Whole is released. Below are some of the fineprint in regards to the promotion provided by Ubisoft on the game's site here:

    However if you get the promotional game earlier then the release that would be awesome. South Park The Stick of Truth is already part of the backwards compatibility program so gaming on Xbox One should be fine. You can check out the
