No Code for Ryse

Ok i bought my xbox live gold 12 month subscription through the Ryse promotion on the xbox one with my credit card(not a prepaid card)on 12/16/15 around 2:30pm. l even read the fine print to make sure that i just dont jump the gun just for not getting the
code after like three days so i waited and waited & waited some more. Then i call xbox support at 1(800)469-9269 if you didnt know, i get a lovely sounding woman who tried to help me with my problem. But despite her best efforts all she could do to help was
direct me to the forums,so here i am writing what will soon to be my first post and hopefully my last on the Xbox forums. I send this post with all my hope & dreams for it is supposed to be the key to my salvation(so i've been told). I will be waiting for
a response, hopefully in the form of a code.This is sincerely yours sighing out. P.S (whispers):What are the consequences for not giving the code in the four weeks, I was just thinking.

No code for Ryse after gold subscription

I had an ad on my home screen about getting Ryse for free if I got an Xbox gold subscription. I got gold over a month ago and I still haven't recived an email or otherwise.

Just to clarify, did you redeem a pre-paid code for Xbox Live or did you purchase an Xbox Live membership directly through the promotion on your Xbox One console? If you redeemed a pre-paid code, you will not qualify for this offer. Thanks in advance!

I also came across the promotion,I signed up for an additional xbox live 3 month with Ryse.

I noticed once I purchased everything on the screen it said somewhere in the fine print code would be emailed out within a 6 or 8 week period. Only problem is there is no reference to this on my invoice from Microsoft !!

So how in the would do I chase this up of prove this even happened ??
