NO CODE FOR GROOVE MUSIC EXTRA 3 MONTHS

Didn't receive my promotional code for 3 months of Groove Music

Still no code for 3 months of Groove Music :-( !!

 

Microsoft groove 3 extra free months

I signed up for groove music pass and was told I'd receive a code for 3 extra months free and never received it I have been charged for this month now.

 

I have the same problem but in July for me

 

it was a buy 1 month get 3 months free promo but never got a code for my free 3 months

If you do not see your code for 3 months of Groove Music by the end of next Friday (August 19, 2016) then please let us know so we can investigate further.

@UnbeatenDJChris - It sounds like you may be referencing a different promotion than KILLERKRYS6. How was your promotion advertised to you and what region are you located in? The specific promotion currently being referenced was US only and was run in June,
not July.

I am in Canada it was an offer through my dashboard towards the end of July so I don't have the link but it was a buy 1 month of microsoft groove and get the next 3 months free but I am yet to receive the code for my 3 months.

Thanks for clarifying, for that specific offer codes will be delivered within 30 days, as stated in the terms and conditions. If 30 days go by after purchasing a month of Groove Music and you do not receive a code, please post a new thread letting us know!
