No cloud play option in gamepass app

So I've had this issue ever since the August update, but I don't have the option to stream play any games on my gamepass app. It only gives me the option to install the games on my xbox. I've had ultimate ever since they released the subscription and was even apart of the beta tests for xcloud. I've tried clearing the cache and even reinstalled the app with no success. After a reinstall the play option showed itself but was faded out and unclickable. Also the app would crash shortly after selecting a game. Now its back to no play option at all. I can still play games via xbox.com/play though it is mildly inconvenient. Sadly I'm also incapable of remote play options on my xbox app as selecting "remote play on this device" would just send me to a spinning circle in front of a grey screen. I've tried several steps that involve turning off remote access, removing my account from my xbox, and unplugging it for 5 minutes. But alas im still here. My mild troubleshooting skills keep pointing to my mobile as the issue as i can still remote play on my pc. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

Please answer the following questions to assist you properly

Where are you located physically? (Country)
Is your an android phone or do you have an iOS device?
Your Microsoft account country is the same as your physical location and also is your phone region the same?
And, are you using a VPN service or similar in your device?

Are you able to do it?

Also, please try testing the cloud gaming feature in your computer, or if possible in another phone.

This helps us to isolate the issue.

Or may I know if you tried deleting the Game Pass app, then clear your browser data and cache via settings. Reinstall the app and see if the option appears?

**By the way, once installed click on your profile picture > settings > language & location and check if US is selected on both

I live in the USA and I'm running android 12. I also am not using a VPN.

Actually got worse with the last update. Now there is no option to "play" cloud games. Only lets me remote install. The app is now totally useless.

I called customer support and the best they could do was that the app was in beta and that they would make a ticket. I thought the app was out of beta, and the main reason why I use Gamepass.

Only play anywhere titles are cross compatible

Also pc gamepass games.aren't the same as xbox gamepass

And yes there are some pc.only titles

If you goto.the xbox gamepass app for.pc.you have 3 sections cloud. Xbox and pc

And not all titles are pc.anywhere isn't that an ea title?
