    No cloud gaming on Android or Xbox One X with GPU


    Hi there - desperately hoping someone can help me with this issue.

    My son recently got a GPU subscription which shows as active on his account in the Game Pass Android app and on his console profile. The issue is that when he selects a game there is only an option to "Install To" and not "play with cloud gaming".

    Now, if I go to my profile and attempt to launch the same game on the console or phone I am given the option to play with cloud gaming. I cannot see any Family settings that would be blocking this and as the issue is across devices and not limited to one particular device I am stumped as to what the problem is. He can still play through a web browser, but this is not ideal and negates the versatility of the platform.

    Any advice as to how I might go about getting him online with xCloud would be really appreciated!

    Since you say that your account is showing the option to play through the cloud on both the console and phone, it sounds like the subscription was redeemed on your account and not your son's. Cloud gaming is not sharable and is only available to the account that actually purchased the subscription.

    We both have individual subscriptions and are signed into both profiles on the console and he is signed into his own account with subscription on his phone so not applicable in this instance.

    Very aware of this, hence why I mentioned the fact that I tested the same game on his profile and mine to see if the issue was game specific or account specific
