    No Change to VIP or Pending Credits After Purchase


    I preordered and completed a purchase of Injustice 2 and have not received any change to My VIP percentage or any pending rewards credits based on the My VIP rank.

    Didn't receive reward credits for purchases at beginning of month.

    Credits will only show pending a few days after a purchase if the purchase completes an offer on the site at the time. VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month, not after each purchase. So it's too soon to see the credits pending.

    Reward help #2 because 1st wasn't ANY use or help at all

    I have clarified the issue with the pending credits and that's no longer an issue but still wondering why I've barely ever received any rewards/% back on purchases even after the changes to the reward scheme, despite having a vip rank.

    From our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Since your purchase was a pre-order, it did not qualify for MyVIP. It did however, qualify for the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible pre-order purchases to complete.

    No credits from November purchases yet?

    Credits generally show as pending about 96 hours after completing an offer on the site. However, VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's too early to see credits pending for November purchases.
    Did that change sometime recently(ish)? I thought VIP rebates followed the 96 hour guideline and then deposited on the 15th/30th.
