No cars come out when you're free running across the map

To me it is always, restart the game how? If it always happens to me when I play and I have been playing for 7 days 6 hours and it has happened to me for a few days.

Occasionally this happens to me and find restarting the game seems to resolve it.

The map would be interesting for zombies. Take out a couple walls, add some better mobility to the map like makeshift bridges across the road/cars and it could be interesting.

I've only come across 2 useful applications of the pulse grenade. I once got a triple kill by throwing two grenades into an enemy occupied hill from halfway across the map. They are also sort of helpful when running away. You can throw it down like a smoke
pellet and then sand crab your way out of there.

Its true sometimes I just grab a car and drive across the entire map
