No cards

    No cards


    I have windows 8.1. My problem is, when I want to play the bingo numbers comes out but I don't see any bingo cards. How can I fix this problem?

    No credit card

    I have been trying to download a game for my grandaughter. I have 2000 or more points. I have discontinued my credit card. Am I still able to download games as long as I have the points? When I confirm download I get " The Xbox system is down" or something
    like that. But when I check the system it is "up and running"

    Can you try the steps here to promote your child account to an adult one?

    support.xbox.com/.../promote-child-account

    Note that "Steps 6 to 9 apply only to accounts that are currently billed to a credit or debit card. If your account has a pre-paid subscription, go to step 10."

    Steps 6 to 9 are about adding credit cards - only necessary if the current Gold subscription is paid for by credit/debit card.

    There is no sticker on cards you scratch it off

    Are you sure it's not a scam card ?

    ,the current scam is someone prints their stolen card barcode and covers another card and return it

    Then when someone activates the covered card the scammers card is activated instead of yours

    Scratch cards don't have stickers

    You have to contact the store or the card issuer

    Fyi if the cards have a scratch area that's what you are supposed to do not take off stickers which are scam cards
