No bonus content added to my game

Its been a full day after putting the codes in for my bonus content for 2k21 mamba edition, i was told to give it a full day which i did, and still nothing, for the game to have been $107 this is unacceptable, please fix this quickly, thank you, im missing
collection packs, VC, shoes, clothes, they gave me nothing

I didn't get my content on my momba edition either and I was told by Microsoft they r not excepting calls right now so what do I do to get my content thanks

Graphics are just an added bonus for me. The game has to have good content/story to keep my attention.

Like others said on battle log skins,weapons,weapon camo is soldier upgrades. This is bonus content. May's bonus content was more flags added for conquest assault for the B2K maps.

No bonus content added to my game
