No Birthday Rewards last years?

Hallo, i can remember that i have received a BirthdayReward for my Birthday at the start of the XBLiveReward Programm but only one time. This year i recieved a reward to be a member of XBLR since 6 years(thx). Then i saw that i should receive at the same
month a reward for have birtday but nothing happend, no e-mail like it was back then. I checked my MS Profile and the date of the day was 06 and not 07 i changed it but still nothing. And even if, why i recieved all the years no reward for Birthday only once
at the beginning oft XBLR? I allway checking my E-Mails spacially on my Birthday because i now that i have only a short amaunt of time to claim the reward! I hope i can get some answers!

Xbox live rewards scheme - Help!

Hello, I have an issue with Xbox live rewards, I read about the scheme of you getting rewarded on your birthday depending on your gamerscore(Official Xbox Magazine | GamesRadar+)
and my birthday is in 13days(15th August) but I hear that the Xbox Live rewards programme has been
postponed this month, I was hoping that because I have worked very hard over the last month to get 3,000 gamerscore before my birthday and I also have been apart of Xbox Live Rewards for almost 2 years If I could still get this reward
for my birthday, it would make my birthday a lot better, Thank you.

The birthday gift changed when they changed from MSP to credits you no longer get MSP points and the birthday reward has no monetery value

We only recently re-introduced Birthday Gems with the creation of Gems in October. For the past few years, we have not given Credits for Birthdays. Since your birthday that you have input in your Xbox is not this month, you have not received Birthday gems.
