No Barriers Password Change

After you changed your password on
https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage the console of your friend will ask for a password.

Additionally, I'd recommend you also enable Two Step Verification on that page and set up the free authenticator app if you have a smartphone.

That way, your friend can't sign into your account, even if he were able to guess your password, as the console would then also ask for a passcode or confirmation on your phone. And without access to your phone, your friend (or a hacker) would be unable
to get into your account.

Even with the no barriers once you change your password on your account ANY console that your profile is on the next time someone tries to sign into you account it will ask for the new password.

So if you changed your password and your account was on your friends console with a no barriers to sign in the next time your friend tries to sign into your account on his console it will ask for the new password.

As mentioned by steeledwand7664 this isn't accurate. When you change your password, the console will prompt for it the next time it tries to sign in. This is a security measure, and at present the only method to remotely stop an account being used as you
can't remove an account remotely like you used to on the Xbox 360.

I wouldn't give your friend your password either. It not only violates the code of conduct but gives your friend access to everything, payment methods, changing passwords, using your account to send abusive messages etc
