    I was playing the other day and when I got back on my xbox that night there was no audio whatsoever......for every game and app there was no audio and it wasn't my TV or the hdmi.......I also did a factory reset and it didnt work......I unplugged it for
    one minute and still nothing.....I even tried going into the audio settings like a customer service rep told me to and I did everything he said and still nothing......please tell me how to fix this

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with audio on your Xbox One. Besides HDMI and using the Xbox One Controller for audio, the Xbox One supports S/PDIF Optical audio output. For more information, check out this article:

    My current turtle beach headset with the xboxONE

    The problem is right now the connectors at the bottom of the new controllers are different, they have increased the frequency of the audio too (which equates to better audio quality).

    They are working on an adapter but there's no release date, but it's worth noting the Xbox One comes with a headset (even though it's a cheap one).
