No audio ping noise when sign in or party/game invite?

That pinging noise you hear in the background is the game letting you know that a spot to use your bot is near. Once you hear the ping, bring up the bots and follow the radar. Sometimes though the spot will be on a different floor when you hear the noise.

If you have loud sounds near you when gaming. Other people in your party will be able to hear it. Especially so if the headset has a sensitive mic. You can turn down external noises in the audio settings. But it won't work with super loud noises. You may
just have to mute often.

The original Kinect was awesome for video chat, its noise cancelling tech was second to none. Unfortunately that noise cancelling tech was switched off when in a game or party chat though, so for those uses it was next to useless.

Hopefully this won't happen with Kinect 2 seeing as it has its own dedicated audio chip (something that was removed in the Kinect 1 to cut costs)

your headset?

Are you experiencing constant static noise when others are speaking to you in an Xbox party? If so, our party audio steps may be able to help out
as well.

Party leaders do need the ability to kick someone out of the party. And my reasoning is... often times a friend in my party will leave longer than expected. His controller goes to sleep and then my party has to listen to ambient noise. Yeah we could all
mute him. But i'd rather kick him and then re invite him when he comes back.
