No audio from Razer Thresher Ultimate since Xbox Update April 2nd 2020

Hi,

So I am at a point where I want to put the headset in the trash as Razer are about as much help as using a plastic bag as a parachute. Since the above update I can get no audio to the headset, I could on the PC however.

They asked me to update the firmware on the headset which it would not do, I tried and tried and it kept failing. I tried again last night and this time it wouldn't allow me to update which means it has updated. I still cannot get any sound from the Xbox
One, they have asked me to seek support from MS but there is no way of getting this as it keeps asking to send me to a forum??

Please help as I am about to lose it.

thanks for your response. I am not i. He insider program, i had an update of some description it seems on that date and since then it has not worked.

Do I need to wait?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. If you are referring to the console update, then you are in the insider program. We recommend posting on the

insider forum. Also keep in mind that the headset is third party so any updates to console most likely headset will not work for a while until all is patched.
