No Audio for the entire game.

I am trying to play roblox. No audio in title screen of the game. No audio in any game mode. If i switch to another game just GTA or FS19 the audio works. I have cleared my system cache, Uninstaller and reinstalled the gamez restarted my console, restarted then cleared the cashe then restarted again and still nothing. Im at a loss. Idk whats going on.

I've seen other reports about this and it looks like a problem with the game. If resetting the console to factory defaults doesn't work, I recommend talking to the game developer.

Reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

**Do not reset the console without having your account email and password.

Which settings? System settings? I can't change the audio and subtitle language just for the game, not the entire system?

I bought the XO Sevens and had two issues. 1 was audio drops all the time from the game sound, and 2 was the entire controller froze, but the game kept going. I had ti manually turn off the Xbox One. I returned the headphones because of these issues. The
audio was terrible and very buggy.

The volume of my headset was set to the same volume before and after the problem occurred. When recording through the speaker the volume became much louder for both the game audio and my friend's audio. My discord setting was set to 0% the entire time.
