    No Atmos on Netflix/Apple TV


    So, like many others, something happened to the Dolby app where I no longer receive Atmos on Netflix or Apple TV the the Xbox One for a couple of months now. Anyone know if this will be fixed, or whom to ask at Microsoft to take a look into it? Extremely frustrating and it's been determined it's an app issue, as Atmos is working on Amazon Prime.

    Ive heard of alot of problems with Netflix and atmos. Not just with microsoft bit with fire tv apple tv etc. hopefully they resolve the issue soon.

    Netflix Not Outputting Dolby Atmos On Xbox One

    I have had the same issue with Netflix and Apple TV (a few months), no Dolby Atmos, although there is a label Dolby Atmos at the title and chosen track with Dolby Atmos in the application. My AVR shows a PCM input signal for this application.

    My setup is: Xbox Series X - Denon AVR X3700H - TV Samsung 75Q80T

    Yes and atmos is working. But like I say it doesn't work ad it should. Massive volume difference between Netflix app on win10 and xbox and on the xbox its plagued with pops and clicks. This is a known error nobody is bothering to resolve. I've personally
    bought an apple TV box which works flawlessly for Netflix and others. Bizarrely here there is a problem with atmos soundtracks in prime video so I'll use xbox for that and apple for everything else.

    It’s just that the video looks best when streaming through Xbox compared to my other streaming devices. Hence was really hoping to get Atmos working. Only seems to not work with Netflix and Apple TV. Tried everything so must be an Xbox issue.
