    Hello,

    I've bought an used Xbox 360, and downloaded my Live account to it. I'm only able to see the default 4 apps (movies, music and some other stuff), and next to them it says something like "for more apps visit the app store", however there is no app store.
    I only have a combined "games & apps" section, and there's a "browse games" tile, but no "browse apps" tile. So basically I have no way of downloading new apps.

    When I'm not signed in, I do have a games and a separate apps section, but not being connected to Live, obviously I can't download apps. My region is Romania. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is this not working in my area?

    Hi! It is a best solution to upgrade your OS to the last version Windows 10. But you can also reinstall(recover) your currently Windows.

    Sorry to hear it. Sounds like you may have either your console or your gamertag set for the US. If the console is set to the US then follow these steps to switch it to UK.

    Go to Settings>System>Console Settings>Language and Locale and change the Locale to United Kingdom.

    If that is not the issue then perhaps you accidentally set your gamertag up for the US. You can change the region of your gamertag back to UK by following the steps at this link

    If the app is from an app store, then just report the app to the store that app is on.
