No Appeal Info Under Enforcement History

The enforcement site wasn't added until around 2015 if I remember right. So any enforcement actions prior to that may not show or may not show correctly. Even if the permanent ban did show, the enforcement team will only allow a case review for active
bans issued within the past 12 months. You would have had to contact them at the time the ban was issued (they previously used the forums) in order to see about getting the ban overturned.

NoteIf you’re a member of an Xbox family group, an organiser in your family group must sign in to their Microsoft account to review your enforcement details before they can submit a case review on your behalf.

If you’re an organiser of an Xbox family group, you can choose the gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Viewing enforcement history for. Under Enforcement history or Active suspensions you may find active enforcements for your account, or one that you've selected.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

After you've completed the form, select Submit.

As mentioned above, there is no phone number to call when it comes to suspensions. The Enforcement team is the one that takes care of suspensions and they can only be contacted directly by Submitting an appeal. Usually, suspensions this long cannot be appealed. Either way, this is how you appeal for a suspension, if it was possible.
