I think that Xbox customer support should be able to better assist you with this issue since they have specific support tools to look over your account and do further troubleshooting.

1. Contact us here
2. Select Xbox One
3. Select See other options
4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
6. Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

I hope you can get this resolved over the phone with an Xbox support representative.

Thanks for coming to the forums. So you state you do have the pack, or it is missing? Have you checked in ready to install under manage game. Go to my games and apps, highlight Halo Wars 2 hit the start button go to manage game. Under ready to install the
pack should be there to install.

I've been re downloading modern warfare on my xbox and was missing data pack 2, went to download it through the game taking me to the store, where it tells me it's unavailable. Is there anything i can do about this?

Bueno el dia de hoy ya pude solucionar el problema de modern warfare (multijugador/no me deja entrar)

Para resumir solo necesitaras estos paquetes de datos,para poder jugar el multijugador

1-Multiplayer pack 1,2 y 3

2-paquete de datos de compatibilidad 1 y 2 (compatibility data pack 1 y compatibility data pack 2)

3-Multiplayer y operaciones especiales pack aparece como (Multiplayer and special ops pack)

Con estos pack podras volver a jugar el Multijugador de Modern warfare

Estos datos aparecen en administrar juego...

Si ya tienes alguno de entos datos no hace falta desinstalarlo para volver a descargarlo...
