No answer for account recovery

While I was on vacation, the e-mail address of my Microsoft account had changed and I noticed this almost 7 or 8 days later. After realizing this, I contacted an official named Raymond via Microsoft One Customer Connector, gave the information he requested from me, uploaded a txt file and he said that they would get back to me within 24 to 72 hours. I still haven't received a response and I accidentally opened an account with the email address of the account whose email address was changed yesterday or the day before. What should I do?

There is absolutely no other way to get the account back if you cannot answer their questions on the account recovery form.

Trough the Account Recovery Tool, the answer is nope : "this Microsoft account does not exist" (freely translated from french).
