No anniversary gems

my anniversary for xbox rewards was 12/6. I did not receive the 500 gems that your FAQS state I do

Hi Gojira X BoB. Your friend received Gems for having an anniversary in October. Since your anniversary was in September, you did not receive those Gems because the Gems portion of the program began October 2017. You'll receive Gems come September 2018 for
your anniversary.

 

Vip gems missing n un notified

150 gems is the correct number of gems for a 1 year anniversary. The most you can get for an anniversary is 300. (You can see the amounts at http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions)

 

Sorry, just realized it states 300 gems on your anniversary for 4+ years. I still haven't received my 300 gems offer for this either.
