    No active suspension, but Xbox says "Yes"


    Hey! After lifting up a ban accidentally given to me by bot, it's been more than 6 days and I'm still experiencing the communication issues (can't start or participate party, message other people, create posts and etc.).

    I did everything from troubleshooting steps that was provided by Microsoft Experts in the community. But I still do have this issue.

    The ban was given to me by bot's mistake and I already successfully appealed that at the same day.

    And because of Microsoft/Xbox technical issue/glitch, I'm more than 6 days without any normal online communication features on my account.

    The enforcement department doesn't answer/is reachable via support.

    However since the appeal has already been approved, I assumed they should be able to verify your account.

    Are you having this issue on an Xbox Console or PC?

    "XBOX staff" already responded to me that they can't help me in this situation, because they can't connect or even provide the link to "Enforcement department".

    My account was verified a while ago.

    And I'm experiencing this issue on Xbox console and Xbox app. All troubleshooting steps were done, even "Factory reset" or downloading Xbox app for reports on console. Nothing has changed.

    there should be a tiny hammer that says active suspensions click on it and it will tell you the reason for the suspension
