    No actions for Series 2 Core in Xbox Accessories App


    Hello. I had bought Xbox Series 2 Core Controller and tried to map "Record video" and "Take a screenshot" actions on paddles. But Xbox Accessories app doesn't have "Action" tab, only "Primary". Will be it fixed? Will there be an update?

    Windows 11, 22H2.

    We understand that you are trying to configure your Xbox Controller to do record a video and take a screenshot. Thanks for raising this question in Xbox Community. Although these functions (record a video and take a screenshot) are available on Xbox Game Bar and do have shortcuts through keyboard. This could be a future feature that a controller too. Your idea is brilliant, and we would appreciate if you send a suggestion to Team Xbox.

    Please use Microsoft Feedback Hub app. This app is pre-installed on every Windows device and can be install/update through Microsoft Store.

    1. Launch the Feedback Hub app and select Suggest a feature.
    2. Fill out all the boxes about your recommendation for Xbox Accessories app. Choose category and add more details, then submit.

    Question about Xbox Elite 2 and wireless adapters on PC

    Hi Asryan2a,

    What do you mean by changing the actions? By remapping the buttons you change what action they do in game. You can also remap the included paddles from the default ABXY face buttons. This is all done through the Xbox Accessories App which you can download
    from the Microsoft Store and you have the May 2019 update (ver 1903). It is recommended to configure the controller on the PC using the included micro USB cable.

    That would be a great option for the Xbox Accessories app. They could probably make it an option on the Elite Series 2 easily.

    I believe that the curves can be edited in the Accessories app. Is this not true for Series 2?
