No Achievement or progress showing

Hi

I had a problem with my Xbox one for a while now, all achievements and achievement progression are not showing in the achievements tab. But are showing in game (dead island remaster for example). I have also unlocked content only available by completing
games new game + evil within but no achievement for completing game. I have followed all steps on help forums and nothing seems to work. It not just one game its now every game that I gain achievement they don't pop or register anywhere at all.I know i have
met the requirements as some of these are story related and the game tells me that i have matched the requirements for this achievement.

This problem goes for all profiles on the console, i have already tired deleting and recovering profiles nothing, i have spend £100+ on new games recently hoping the problem will fix its self but nothing.

Achievements broken?

I unlocked two achievements this afternoon, while signed in, and they aren't showing as unlocked. On top of that other incremental achievements are no longer showing any progress.

 

Mass Effect Andromeda Achievements list not displayed and unable to turn on achievement tracker

I had that for a while, then it started showing up randomly but the progress wouldnt update on each achievement. If you clicked on the achievement it would then show me my progress but then returning to the list no progress would be shown. Achievements did
unlock but made the tracker useless. ☹
