    No access to Xbox account


    I try to log into my Xbox account, mind you, I have been paying for Xbox for over a decade and playing it for two. It says I need to enter in my password but then there is a issue saying they've detected some issues with my account. I go through the security process where I type in my name, address, date of birth and even what size waist pants I wear. After I do that, they say that there isn't enough good info to clear me and that I have to say what platforms I use. I say I use Xbox. I type in my gamertag but then it's asking me for my gamertag ID. I go on Xbox and they say that to access your gamertag ID, you need to go to your profile in your settings on your Xbox. This is when the trouble comes up. Now riddle me this joker, how is one suppose to access their gamertag ID when they are unable to get into their account. This is an utter embarrassment of a support system how I am running around in circles for hours trying to solve this problem. I tried calling Microsoft first and then got told that I need to solve this issue online. I called later thinking "hey, I'll just say I wanna cancel my subscription and maybe they'll help me then" nope. Now my phone calls last for 15 seconds saying welcome to Microsoft support and you can get help online and then automatic disconnect. Total frustration and embarrassing how I have supported this company for over 20 years and they don't give a rats @ss about me. I try going to get help through a chat support services on microsoft.com and of course you need to sign in to your account. He's another riddle for you joker, how am I suppose to sign into my account to say something is wrong when I can't access my account. I don't know what to do. I guess I'll never play Xbox again cuz I can't call em, can't text em, the email I got saying they'll "review and get back to me within 24 hours" was from 5 days ago and I'm lost, sad and depressed. Idk what to do, i guess I'll go back and play NCAA football 09 on the 360 cuz nothing else works on my Xbox cuz ofc is the series S where I can't plug in a disk or anything.

    I have access to the Microsoft account its the xbox account that I don't have access too it just prompts me to make a new xbox account

    Hi make sure your main account is set as your xbox home on that Xbox. Go to settings/Personalitation/my home xbox ...access to both xbox one and xb360 games will be shared aswell as gold access as long as main account has access

    Linking two Xbox accounts

    Hi there,

    I'm afraid there is not way to link or merge two (or more) Xbox Live Accounts in to 1 account.

    You will have to get access to that original Microsoft Account to get access to that Xbox Live Account, maybe the steps or links on this page will be able to regain access to that MS account:

    That link will have all options on how to try and get access again to the account up to contacting Xbox Support.

    Account is just gone or hacked.

    Your Microsoft account and Xbox profile are both accessed using your Microsoft account details. If you have access to one, you have access to the other.

    If it's prompting you to make a new Xbox profile, you may be signing into the incorrect Microsoft account. Please check this.
