No access to sons account

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do besides creating a new account for your son.

Even if you add a new sign in alias email for your son, the account will stay an adult account that can not be restricted anymore by a parent account.

Also, if the current Microsoft Account email you have on your son's account is removed as a login alias, your Microsoft Account will be deleted, causing you to lose access to your OneDrive, and if it's a Hotmail/Outlook address also access to your E-Mails.

So I'm afraid that creating a new account for your son correctly will enable you to control your son's child account.

However, this also means, that your son will lose all game progress, as save games and unlocked game items are bound to your account only.

If this person did do something to get your sons account banned then they would of had to of had access to your sons account & the only way that could happen is if your son gave them access to the account.

console A. your console has games installed and you have an active subscription, make sure you are always connected to the internet.

console B. your sons, add his account, add your account, sign into your account and make console B your home console, then sign out. now your son has access to your games and shares your subscription benefits. (remember to set a passcode for your account so your son cannot access it.

Yes. Once your oldest son signs into the younger son's console and sets it as his Home, the younger son can access any games on the older son's account as well a gold subscription if he has one. Then he can sign out and sign back in on his own console
and still access the games while the younger son signs in and plays on his own console.

First of all, your son needs to try to gain control of the account again via the

Compromised Account troubleshooter here.

If he is unable to get access to his account with the troubleshooter, you'll have to
contact the official support here.

After your son has access to his account again, he needs to
sign in to the Account Security settings page and has to remove the phone numbers and other emails the hacker might have added.

Then your son needs to change the password to something secure.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: Your son should enable Two Step Verification and set up the free authenticator app on his phone. That way, whenever a hacker tries to sign into your son's account on a new device, they are asked about a secret passcode, that only the
app on your son's phone can provide. So unless the hacker also manages to steal your son's phone, the hacker can't hack into the account.

After your son has secured his account, please educate him about proper account security.

Tell him to NEVER give anyone access to his account, no matter how much they promise (be it "free" Fortnite V-Bucks, or level ups or whatever else they might offer your son. If someone asks for access to your son's account, it is ALWAYS a scam!).

Also tell your son, that if he is engaging in "game sharing", he should make sure that he removes his account from the other console he's sharing to, and does NOT let other people access his account. After the sharing setting has been established, the account
does NOT have to stay on the shared console. If he doesn't have access to the console to remove his account, he has to change his password again to prevent account abuse.
