Not on my account. I downloaded my daughters account to my XBOX and had all access to all the maps and the Peacekeeper. something is screwy on your account I would think.

I have a similar issue. I migrated per Microsofts instructions. I migrated to my only Microsoft account. This account already was being used for my son's account. So now I cannot access it at all and when my son access his account on an e-mail account that should be valid, he cannot get to our realm or even the regular game. All that can be accessed is a demo game. And sorry, there were no warnings at all about what was going to happen. It simply did it and apparently wiped my old account in the process. All I want is for anyone associated with this realm to be able to access it. I was the administrator of the realm so I am not sure what has happened to the account but the other players should at least be able to access it. We have played this realm for years and put in hundreds of hours. Please help us at least access it and make another player the admin so we can play it

I've tried 3 different browsers. Does this mean I can't view my account here unless I have a current Gold subscription?

If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See

but a faster way to speak to an Agent is to go to
http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to
support.xbox.com/contact-us Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
