    NO ACCESS TO EMAIL ON X BOX


    I am trying to reset a password on our X Box.

    We no long have access to the original email used.

    I have tried several times to get the email changed with no success.

    I submitted all the security info and got the following reply:

    Unfortunately, we are not able to assist you with your request. Your Microsoft account appears to be provided by an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Please contact your ISP to assist you with your account recovery.

    This is not helpful. How do I get access to our X Box and the games purchased.

    Thanks for the update, may I know if you tried resetting the password using the link below and putting the phone number to see if you have luck?

    About the recovery form, yes. You can submit it 2 times per day :c

    As you are not able to recover the account right now, I can advice you to ask to your bank to freeze that card or ask them to give you a new card and delete the old one.
    In that way you're not going to be charged in the next billing cycle for the subscription

    The Microsoft account domain is indeed a domain from your internet service provider?
    Is that the only alias that you had added to the account or you may a added a different one?

    Hopefully I can reset it tomorrow or get it resolved.

    Hello and thanks for the reply.

    We added a phone number and I replied using the security information yet still having no luck.

    There is a monthly subscription that we are currently paying for also but again it is going to the old email.

    Now it tells me I have tried too many times today (twice!) and to wait until tomorrow.

    Yes, now you may need to keep trying

    As an extra advise, try filling the form slightly different but with accurate info to see if the next time, the form gets accepted
