Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty perplexing and disheartening if you were looking to download a new game. If you are on the console. I would suggest trying
a
soft reset (keeping games & apps) of the console to make sure that any recent update syncs up correctly.
