No abre halo [Doesn't open halo]

No puedo abrir el master chief colection, ya lo desinstale e instale, igualmente borre los datos guardados y el cache, hasta reinicie mi xbox de fabrica y sigue sucediendo lo mismo, en la pantalla de inicio que dice presiona start para continuar al hacerlo
se traba y se cierra el juego, que puedo hacer?

Hola, tango el mismo problema y solo sucede con mi cuenta, si lo hago con otra cuenta de usuario o sin conectarme a internet, me deja entrar.

Me puse en contacto con soporte y realicé todos los pasos y soluciones (incluso más de una vez) y también reinicie de fábrica sin que se quedara nada guardado (ni los juegos o aplicaciones). Al final solo me dijeron, en soporte, que es un problema con Xbox
live que afecta a algunos, que ya se ha reportado y que solo queda esperar a que lo solucionen.
