No 360 trophys on Xbox One

something wrent wrong at the last weeks (or more month?) and the support has no answer...

the trophys will be only shown in the game but not on the console, gamerscore etc

72 houers again = no trophy, delete account and load it again = no trophy,

look online by microsoft = no trophy,

look at the trophys on the 360 no trophys...

check the internet, works fine but no trophys...

i need some help here.

Turbo1984 @ I'm actually glad PS3 didn't have trophies since the beginning because I prefer games without trophies.

It's a shame the notification of trophies can't be disabled like achievements on Xbox 360 can.

I think the trophies, even for the SAME GAME, are separate on different platforms.

So any trophies earned on the PC version do not transfer to the Xbox 360 version.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. Since you've already established that you have waited the 72 hours and have checked your connection to Xbox Live as recommended by our support article:

Problems with Xbox One achievements and challenges, then you may just need to wait a bit longer for the trophies to appear. Sometimes they can take a while (I've waited up to a week before for the same reason).

However, you can always try
removing your profile from the console and then re-downloading it back to the console to see if it will re-sync and update accordingly. Its definitely worth a try.

i have removed my profile and reloaded it, but i'm thinking i have to wait 72 hours again at this time - i have played monky island weeks before
