No 3 month code for Groove Music received & How to order 12-month Groove Music Pass?

OK, so I have two questions. I tried online chat, but attempt one had me talking to the wrong team, and attempt two dropped the connection. I figured I may as well try here.

First: My wife signed up for the Groove Music 30-day trial last month and never got the code for 3 months free.

How should I chase that up? It's about to start charging her.

Second: There was another offer announced (not sure if it's still valid) where purchasing a 12-month Groove Music Pass gives you a £20 gift card. The problem is that I can't find anywhere on the Microsoft site where I can actually buy such a thing. Every
link I follow just tells me that I already have a Music Pass (which I do; a 1-month rolling one). If I sign out then I just get offered the 30 day trial.

Can I buy (seamlessly) switch from the 1-month rolling Music Pass to a 12-month pre-paid one, and if so how exactly do I do it?

I'd also like to do the same for my wife's account (it's her birthday soon).

I need help with the Grove Music pass 4 month trial

On Aug 31, 2017 I bought the Groove Music Pass 4 month free trial. The description said that I would receive my 3 month code in a few weeks. shortly after I placed that order I bought a 3 month Groove music pass using rewards points, and a 1 month pass for
100 points. I never received my three month for the 4 month sign up. How can I get this resolved?

I did not receive a promo code for my 3 months free groove music, can you please ensure this is added to my account? I added groove music on 8/12/16.

What is your Wife's Gamertag so that we can take a closer look and how did she sign up for the free trial? Depending on how she did it, the way the could is sent could be different.

In regards to the second offer, it's actually expired (this is likely why you're not able to find it). It ended on June 30th so there wouldn't be a way to sign up for it. Essentially it was only for new subscribers, so if you had a subscription prior, it
wouldn't work.

I'll send you a direct message with her account details rather than putting it here. Hopefully here primary Microsoft Account email will be OK, as she doesn't have a gamertag that I know of (she doesn't use Xbox).

I think we signed her up via the normal Groove Music Pass site. If I do the same thing as what I probably did before now I get here:

In regards to the second offer, it's actually expired (this is likely why you're not able to find it). It ended on June 30th so there wouldn't be a way to sign up for it. Essentially it was only for new subscribers, so if you had

Fair enough about the offer itself, but where/how can I buy a 12-month subscription? I managed to find a page where I could do it once (and it was cheaper than 12 x 1 month), but I can't find it again now.

If I could directly buy the subscription as a gift that would be great, but as this is for my wife I can just purchase it from her account and pay her back.

Hmmm.... Following that link above now gets me to here:

start when my 1-month ends), or do I need to wait until the 1-month runs out before I can buy the 12-month?

Thanks so much, I've received the message and provided the token to her Xbox Live Message center. Have her check for the token there.

In regards to the question about where/how can you buy a 12-month subscription. You can change the renewal from monthly to yearly on
commerce.microsoft.com. You'll just need to click on the Subscriptions tab and make the adjustment there. You can also purchase a 12 month subscription card at many retailers either in a store or online.
Typically they're sold wherever Xbox Games and Consoles are sold.
