    I purchased Forza 7 on Sunday 10/01/2017. I have yet to receive my 10 virtual keys or 5000 rewards credits. I have waited in excess of the 96 hours for it post before asking for help.

    No Virtual Keys or Xbox Rewards Credits for Purchase of Forza 7

    I purchased Forza 7 on 10/01/17 and have not received my virtual keys or 5000 rewards credits. I waited more than 96 hours for them to be posted before contacting support.

    Hello,

    I pre-ordered Forza 7 ultimate edition and did not receive the 10 additional keys nor the 5000 credits for the sweepstakes entry. Any help in the matter would be appreciated.

    Hi GDane. There was no offer that awarded for pre-ordering Forza 6. Credits for pre-ordering Forza 7 are only awarded if it was pre-ordered or purchased during the offer period. Since your pre-order was made in June, it does not qualify for the Credits.
    We are looking into the keys for your pre-order. Hang tight for those.
