I have bought various games and dlc in April and was wondering if I was getting the 10% back?

Have you tried updating your phone to the latest version of Windows 10 Mobile? As far as I'm aware, the latest version of Windows 10 mobile was released in a update back in April, this should put you on version 10.0.15254.562
