    Nitrado Services Payment-made Investigation.


    Hello,

    I have made a payment to Xbox-Microsoft Nitrado App to reactivate my Nitrado Servers. I am unable to contact Microsoft Support to Investigate the Charges. 2 Servers, Paid for 2 and Reactivated only 1.

    Ive Brought this to Nitrado Support as well but no reply as of yet. (3hours past)

    If you encounter any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, I recommend visiting Microsoft support.

    Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list.

    Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

    They shall be able to assist you with that!

    Hi Grillpanned,

    If it's not showing on your services via https://account.microsoft.com/services, you may need to submit a ticket to Nitrado so they can cancel it for you.

    First, that can be useful to avoid you being keep billing monthly by Microsoft.

    In a second time, refunds are then made by Microsoft and not Nitrado, you have to contact them.

    So it's seems that you're connecting your Microsoft account to pay inside Nitrado

    In this case you may need to find the renewal option inside Nitrado page, or contact Nitrado support to double check if renewal is activated for this subscription
