Nitrado Server in Canceled Status, How Do I Change That?

for some reason one of my servers says recurring billing is on, but it's not canceled and I did not cancel it. How can I reactivate it?

First, go to the "My Services" page on Nitrado.net. On this page, select the service you want to reactivate.

Click the service in a grey area, a drop down menu will appear, select "Reactivate". Follow the instructions to pay and it should be reactivated.

Now if you still let your servers on recurring billing and they don't auto renew, contact Nitrado support to see why. If your server got canceled for other reason, only Nitrado support will tell you why.

For what game did you rent a Nitrado server?

I assume you are probably trying to rent a Minecraft server, right? The Xbox and Windows 10 version of Minecraft do not support Nitrado Minecraft servers. They only support Realms and a few selected online community servers.

If I misunderstood your post, please describe in more detail what Nitrado server you got for what.

If it's not showing on your services via https://account.microsoft.com/services, you may need to submit a ticket to Nitrado so they can cancel it for you.

More info, I rent Ark servers from Nitrado. Some players are able to join the servers and others are not able to join.
