Nitrado Ark servers not showing up in subscriptions

I Bought 3 Ark servers from Nitrado earlier this year and only one of them ever showed up in my Microsoft account, which I canceled in September, However I'm still being billed for the other two. Nitrado has basically refused to help saying they can't cancel the subscriptions and that I have to go through Microsoft.

Nitrado (Nitrado - Microsoft Store Apps) is a third-party service provider published by marbis GmbH. When you purchased the subscription for these servers that you like to cancel, was it made through your Microsoft Account?

If not and purchased was made directly from Nitrado website, it would be best if you contact the game publisher (marbis GmbH) directly. However, if the purchased was made through your Microsoft Account, you may contact our live support for assistance on this. You may contact them through these steps below:

Go to: Contact us | Xbox Support
See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)
If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.
Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.
Click Contact us
Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.
On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

If still you are unable to reach our live support through those steps above, go back to this page: Contact us | Xbox Support then select the Ask a question option under Try our virtual agent section and enter this exact phrase: Talk to an agent.

More info, I rent Ark servers from Nitrado. Some players are able to join the servers and others are not able to join.

I am also unable to view official dedicated server and unofficial pc sessions

I have a subsription with Nitrado its working for my xbox but my pc is unable to view any of the 2 sets of servers. It has worked in the past but for some reason now its not working.

I have also uninstalled Ark and reinstalled it and still nothing showing up under official dedicated or unofficial pc sessions.

I purchased it from windows store on the pc with play anywhere

"Nitrado Game Server for 30 days with 10 slots (automatic renewal)"
