    Hello everyone,

    Anyone have any clue why my family settings for my son's account won't update to the Nintendo Switch. Trying to get him setup for Minecraft on Realms.

    If your account is set as the organizer, you can sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings, select your son's profile and make sure that all multiplayer settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

    Please click “submit”, once confirmed restart your device to re-sync and make sure all changes are saved.

    If you’re playing on a Xbox, Sony PlayStation, or Nintendo Switch, you’ll need to make sure you have that console’s online subscription service active. That means you need an active subscription to Xbox Live Gold, PlayStation Plus, or Nintendo Switch Online as needed by your console.
