Nightfall: Better than PoC?

I've been playing this since it came out and I got to say, it's WAY harder than Point of Contact. With PoC I could beat it easily with one friend. Now I play it usually with 2 friends and we cant even get to the end. I do like the updated challenges, though
some are a bit BS. Biggest one is kill aliens in 30 seconds. Easier said than done when they spawn so far from you and so sparingly. Also in PoC, 3 Rhinos were a rare event. Now they're emerging whenever toward the end. But the Venom-X is pretty cool. I do
like how they are making a story out of this though. Maybe it'll be better than the actual campaign.

Nightfall Strike. Need help!!!!

Looking for lvl 30s or better to carry my lvl 28 through the nightfall strike. Message me if interested at

 

Bought Rise of Iron, but locked out

If it says you need better gear then you'll need to complete other missions to get better gear. The majority of Rise of Iron is limited to 320 and up. Nightfalls are 380 and Siva Hard Strikes are 350 light.

If your light is lower than that then it will be impossible for you to complete the Rise of Iron tasks at the moment.

 

All CoDs should be multiplayer ONLY, with some zombs or aliens too.

 

It's better than Point of Contact. Point of contact was wayyy to big for me. I also like the ideas that they brought to the table with nightfall. (ie the wonderweapon and new alien types.)

 

I'm liking it but the main issues I've found is that they have either nerfed your character's abilities or buffed the Aliens.

In PoC using a non tank class it takes 4 knife strikes to kill a leaper. In Nightfall using a non tank class it takes 5 knife strikes.

In PoC using a level 3 death machine you can kill a rhino in 50-60 rounds. In Nightfall using a level 3 death machine 100 rounds doesn't kill the rhino it takes about 150 rounds.

 

Also the sentry guns are useless in NIghtfall.

 

True sentry guns are no where near as useful as poc.

The mission is a hell of a lot harder but can be made easier by completing the challenges.

Personally I think the rhinos are less off a pain at times than the phantoms at time.

a major problem that makes things hard are the drill points being small and enclosed after the first breeder making teamates get in each others way.

apart from that its good and cant wait till episode 2.
