Night mode option. Not appearing

OK, this is a little dumb but apparently you need the blackest night packs for zombie mode to appear in your settings. I just downloaded both and then zombie mode appeared. The above steps seem to be useless if you don't have the blackest night packs. Not
sure if you just need one or both.

Just bought a PSP with character appearance modes for my N7 Paladin and Cerberus Phoenix Vanguard (Got one last night which gave me the Cerberus Phoenix Vanguard and the final appearance mode for my Quarian Male Engineer)... I've gotten a few tier IV ammo
upgrades, but mostly Gear mods with the odd Character/Weapon card.

Only Ultra Rare Card which keeps appearing is for the frakkin Scorpion >.<

Spartan Ops needs Theater Mode. I love watching my gamplay on Halo Reach and I found it really weird that on the PvP Mode had a Theater Mode yet Spartan Ops was denied that option.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console and keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, and games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

That's really odd, may I know if you tried power cycling your console to see if that fixes the issue?

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If you already try it, please let me know what else you tried to fix this.
