Nhl20 error

Do you get any error codes while trying to join an online game with NHL20?

Seeing as you are able to play online with other games i suspect it might be an issue with NHL20.

Check this Support article and let us know what type of XBox you have and if you are using a wireless connection or wired
ethernet to connect to your gateway.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with hearing certain in-game audio.

This can usually occur if your
Audio output settings are not correctly configured.

I recommend that you make sure you that your HDMI audio is set to Stereo uncompressed or at least make sure you are set to the one option that reads "5.1" or "7.1" if you TV can support this.

Give this a try and let us know if this works of you!

Maybe there is some problem with NHL20 on your console. If you would like to provide additional data to Microsoft for troubleshooting even if you don't have your console in the Dashboard Preview program, try downloading
the Xbox Insider app. Once app is installed, press and hold the Xbox nexus button on your controller...then select the Report a Problem button. Select Games as the category, then NHL20 as the sub-category and enter in your problem title and description.
