NHL19 Digital Copy Won't Launch. No Error Code, Anyone Else?

The game became playable at 1am i think. It's fully downloaded, digital copy.. i did a reset by holding the button on the xbox for 12 seconds.. other digital games startup but this just loads the picture of subban, then goes to a black screen and kicks
me back to my homepage without an error code.. which is confusing, usually some sort of code comes up to steer me in the right direction. Any suggestions?

Ive download digital copy of cod ghosts, game plays fine but I carnt won't let me play on line I get error codes 0x83860012 or 0x800ffff, I'm using same wireless network I used for 360 and had no issues, help please.

 

Fable 2 digital copy won't launch

As soon as I installed fable 2 on my Xbox one I have had issues getting it to launch. It will get stuck on the Xbox 360 page everytime, I have only gotten it to work twice in four days. I checked forums and Xbox support pages but
nothing worked. I've tried restarting the game, my Xbox (hard and soft), uninstalling it, resting the Xboxs softwear, and deleting the 360 local save data. I have no idea why it keeps happening because I can play all of my other backwards compatable games
just fine... help..?

 

Hi! Since you already did a hard reset (maybe try another
method to power cycle mentioned here as well just to be safe) I'm not sure what else could help. Maybe try to refresh the 'Games & Apps'-app?

 

thanks for the reply.. one other gamer i chatted with suggested that it was a bad installation and that i should uninstall and reinstall the game. he thought this because there is no error code coming up, which is strange. nothing else seems to be working,
hard resets, resetting the modem etc.

unfortunately with satellite internet downloading games can take more than a day, with several interruptions along the way so i'm not surprised but i also can't recall needing to do that in the past.

i thought also maybe the standard edition isn't playable until sometime later in the day, but i'm pretty sure that at 1am all copies became playable.

 

Yeah I thought of that as well but usually you receive a message like 'Hold on! This game isn't available to play yet' or something like that. The last thing that comes to my mind that might help would be to perform a factory reset with keeping your games
and apps (so that you don't have to install them again):

Besides that I would recommend to post this on reddit (on the
Xbox One sub for example) as there's probably the highest chance of other players with the same question or possibly a solution seeing it.

 

well i reinstalled the game and it worked.. no hesitation on launch. i waited until the game was fully installed.. then reset the console. thanks for the replies.
