    NHL HuT Pre-order packs not recieved


    I did not receive my 10 Free Gold HuT packs for pre-ordering the deluxe edition through the xbox store online.

    I have checked for more rewards and everywhere else to see where the 10 Packs would be but they are not there.

    How am I able to receive these since I pre-ordered the game?

    EA Sports NHL 17 Super Deluxe Bonus Content

    I pre-ordered EA Sports NHL 17 Super Deluxe Edition Pre-Order on June 27, 2016, yet I have yet to receive my content code for the 50 HUT Gold Plus Packs, EASHL Equipment Bundle or the EASHL '94 Celebration. My order number is 567453558081022709. Thanks.

    Hey there -

    Are you logging into HUT each week in order to receive your packs? According to >>EA<< support, you need to
    log into your HUT account each week to get access to your packs. Mister Beep is correct in that if you pre-ordered a digital copy, that content is automatically added to your game/account without needing a code. If you continue to be unable to locate the in-game
    content, you will need to reach back out to EA support for further assistance as we are unable to assist or access that content.

    Yes i log in almost everyday if not everyday and still nothing... I have contacted EA twice now and both times they have told me they can do nothing for me, that the promotional codes and pre order rewards are in Microsoft hands not theirs. So i dont know
    what to do anymore.

    I can play Multiplayer Overwatch but I can't connect in HUT for NHL 17. Does this make sense? If I had a ban wouldn't it be for all multiplayer online and not just HUT NHL 17?? I'm very confused.
