NHL Avatar Shop Broken?

I know it's been a long time since I posted, but I had to see if anyone else is having this problem.

For the first time in the franchise's 44-year history, my beloved Washington Capitals may be about to win Lord Stanley's Cup! So, naturally, I wanted to support my team by getting a jersey or T-shirt for my Xbox Avatar. Only, the NHL Avatar Shop has been
broken all week!

You can browse the selection of items, but when you try to click on a particular item to buy it, the system gets an error and crashes. It doesn't matter what platform I'm on. Windows 10 Xbox Original Avatars App, Xbox One Avatars App, and Xbox 360 Avatars
App all have the same issue. It's definitely not a problem with my internet connection, as I have Verizon FIOS Quantum Gigabit Internet, the fastest home internet connection available right now. It's so fast that it's TOO FAST for the Xbox 360's Ethernet
Port! ;-)

TL;DR: I want to give Microsoft money for Washington Capitals Avatar Items, and they've got a bug going on preventing me from doing so! Anyone have a clue as to why Microsoft isn't fixing this bug?

Wow, I am neither a NHL fan or a woman but you guys cannot buy a NHL jersey for your avatar? That's weak, really weak.

Anyway, after trying again tonight with the same results, I've just left a One-Star Review for the Windows 10 Xbox Original Avatars App, with the body of the review explaining the reason for the low rating. We'll see if Microsoft actually does anything about
it.

 

I, too, have been trying to purchase Capitals items for my avatar for a few weeks and haven't been able to. I had created a support ticket on one of the Capitals jersey and support just came back with that item is no longer available. How can one NHL team,
which happens to have won the Stanley Cup, be no longer available while all the rest (as far as I can tell) are still available?

It seems real suspicious to me that all items that have 'Capitals' in the URL link give me:

On the other hand, these two Capitals items (both hockey gloves) are available for purchase and I believe it's because 'Capitals' are not in the URL link:
