NHL 19 Ultimate Edition Digital Download content missing

Recently I purchased NHL 19 Ultimate Edition, digitally through the built in XBOX store, however I did not receive the promised rewards. These rewards are (according to EAs website):

40 Hockey Ultimate Team™ Packs (2 per week for 20 weeks)

HUT Cover Athlete item

HUT Legend item

HUT Rookie item

Unlocked 'Hockey Bag'

I reached out to EA on many occasions, however they said that Microsoft had to provide me with the rewards, saying,

"To get this fixed You need to ask a replacement code for the game content. Please contact Microsoft to get a replacement code and redeem that code. You will be able to see the content."

I then reached out to Microsoft help and they told me to come here with the code 1440026909 so here I am. Is there anyone who can help me find a way to get these rewards

Got it!

This could be caused by a number of things. If it is a syncing issue, you might want to try Removing and Adding Your
Account or uninstalling the game (try uninstalling the individual DLC first like Ronaldo, Neymar, the Artist Kits, etc first then the full game). If this is an issue with the license to the content, then you will have to get in contact with Xbox
Support. Good luck! Let me know what happens

Here's some information from
EA Support on in-game packs. If you purchased digitally, your content should be automatically added to your account so if you are continuing to experience issues with missing in-game content, you'll want to check with EA Support directly.

Hello!

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. You will keep all your saved data for the game after using a different copy of it. There are some games that include the downloadable content with the disc that may not transfer over with a digital purchase. An example
of this is Assassin's Creed Odyssey. If you own the physical copy of Assassin's Creed Odyssey: Ultimate Edition and switch to the standard edition of the digital copy, you will lose access to all of the Ultimate Edition's content. If you purchased the downloadable
content on your account or redeemed codes for the dlc, you will keep the downloadable content when you switch to the digital version of the game. We hope this helps!
