NGQ Wild Life quiz game not working?

purchased NGQ! Wild life but does not work tried downloading twice now.
Load to screen to press start to continue
then the start button does not work and cannot get into the game?

Double Purchase because of XBOX Marketplace Bug

Dear Support and forumusers,

today i bought "NGQ! Wild Life" for XBOX 360 via Marketplace "Games on Demand". On my first attempt to purchase it via PayPal, I received an error which stated "Please try again later". According to this I did and then the purchase was succesful.

After looking in to my PayPal Account I noticed something strange: I actually bought this game twice, although it stated an error on the first attempt.

What can I do to get my money back for the first attempt?

Now, let's jump into some troubleshooting. I do see that you have tried downloading twice, and I'm going to have you do it once more for me. However, I will give you specific steps that need to be followed in the specific order.

Delete the game by going into Settings > Storage > [select the device it's saved on] > Games & Apps.

Check in there to see if there are any other games or items that may be corrupted. Corrupted items have a yellow exclamation (!) mark. You will want to delete those items.

Delete your profile
only.

Clear your cache 3 times.

Power cycle your console for 30 seconds.

Download your profile again onto your console.

Download the game again from your
Download History.

Try to play the game again.

Please let me know how this works out for you! Additionally, please make sure you are downloading it onto a hard drive for the console and not a flash drive. That may cause issues with the game itself, and I want to make sure that we don't run into any outside
issues with that.
