NG+ Where are you, and what level

Since starting NG+ I've had very poor luck finding co-op players. I'm lvl 130 or so and just finished Amor Lando, currently trying to beat 4 kings before I turn in the Lord vessel which means I'm kind of stuck since I can't get past any of the orange fogs
until I turn in the vessel.

Dark Souls 2 Summoning

If you're in NG+ it may not be a problem. What does that mean though?

If someone stays a low level and beats the game, can they grief others since they are in NG+ and soul memory no longer counts? Do both people need to be in NG+? If you want to help people, are you forced to go into NG+ in order to do so?

 

Soul of Ornstein and Gywn

Level 300? And you need help on NG+? Are you summoning Solaire he makes a good distraction.

 

If its like the pc version its hard to find coopers around that level. Alot of players stop lvling around 120s. I had a character around that range and only found 1 or 2 if lucky at certain points like ornstein and smough.

 

I noticed that there are never any summon signs and it's even harder to be summoned. /:

 

Its good to always have a friend that plays with you throughout the playthrough like I have ^--- we are always the same lvl and always helping fight boss, we are currently in Ng++ soon to be +++ if not be patient as thee will usually be signs in the afternoon,
and its always good to be a Sun bro or Way of white as you will connect with more people in the same covenant.

 

I'm about to complete first playthrough on current build, and since I've discovered how awesome co-op is, I've been very hesitant to level up anymore ( @ 110 now). Dialled it back when I had to start waiting 10 minutes at least for summon =/ Switching to
Warriors of Sunlight cov seemed to help slightly, just miss my team health regent from Princess Guard..
